Product Replacement Policy

All Seeknit products are shipped after passing a thorough inspection, however, in the unlikely event of a defective product due to manufacturing reasons, warranties for one year from the date of purchase are offered. The following replacement policy is applied.

All defective products will be replaced by the retailer where you purchased the products. Please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product for a replacement.

If a product is missing parts, please contact the store where you purchased the product within two weeks of purchasing the product.

The following products are NOT covered by the warranty.

  1. Defective products for which the warranty period of one year from the date of purchase has expired.
  2. Defects caused by unusual use, accident, misuse, abuse, or carelessness.
  3. External appearance changes such as scratches caused during use.
  4. Products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
  5. Damaged or defective packages (e.g., printing errors).
  6. Products with defects that are NOT considered as manufacturing defects (e.g.  shallow engraving, needle stain, needle color, memories of cord, discoloration of metal fittings during storage: All are complied with our standards.)
  7. For set items and 5-needle sets, only defective needles or parts will be replaced, NOT all needles or parts of the set.
  8. Discontinued products.
  9. Needles cannot be replaced due to breakage if they have been subjected to severe stress, such as when strong force is applied to them or when they are used as tools unrelated to needlework.
    *Please handle small size bamboo needles (3.00mm or smaller) with care as they are fragile.
  10. Gift items (replacement request must be made by the purchaser himself/herself.)
  11. Damage or defects that occurred during transportation. (Please contact the shipping company / freight carrier.)

If for some reason the retailer is unable to provide a replacement, please fill out the form below.
